These pages are intended to be a supplement to Iomega's instructions and not a substitute. Be sure to read Iomega's printed documentation as well as their various .hlp, .txt, and .html files (and Manual.exe and Refman.exe which are included with the DOS software). Also, see Iomega's online support. My intent is to emphasize the areas where people seem to be having the most problems and to help answer some of those questions that the instructions just don't address (or to clarify those that they don't explain clearly).
Since my experience only covers Windows 9x and DOS (and a little Win3.11), I'm unlikely to know much about issues directly related to other operating systems. If you're using another OS, then some of the information here will still apply, and you may be able to find information specific to your OS on my Other Sources Of Information page. Also, I have no experience with USB drives, so I can't help with getting those configured properly.
If you can't find the information you want here, then try asking in the alt.iomega.zip.jazz newsgroup rather than sending me e-mail to ask questions. If you post your question to the newsgroup, I'll see it - and so will lots of other people who know things that I don't know (this stuff is only a hobby to me).
