1. Gary Lee PHILLIPS (photo) was born in Detroit, Wayne Co, MI. (1) He graduated in Jun 1971 in East Lansing, Ingham Co, MI. There he received a B.A. in religious studies from the Honors College of Michigan State University. He was also awarded memberships in Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. He graduated in Dec 1991 in River Forest, Cook Co, IL. There he received an M.A. in library and information science from Rosary College (now Dominican University.)
