A of 100th Regiment, Ohio Infantry, GAR on 8 Aug 1862 in Crane Twp, Paulding Co, OH.(58) He served in the military on 20 Feb 1863 in Lexington, Fayette Co, KY.(58) He was discharged from the military on 20 Jun 1865 in Greensboro, Guilford Co, NC.(58) He was living between 1866 and 1872 in Antwerp, Defiance Co, OH.(60) He was living between 1873 and 1876 in Morley, Mecosta Co, MI. (61) He was living between 1876 and 1891 in Paulding Co, OH. (62) He was a miller and merchant between 1880 and 1891 in Paulding Co, OH.(63) He moved on 15 Sep 1891 to Powell Station, Knox Co, TN. (64) He died on 29 Dec 1912 in Powell Station, Knox Co, TN. (65) He was buried in 1913 in National Cem, Knoxville, Knox Co, TN. (66) He was married to Anna BREECE before 1870. He was divorced from Anna BREECE on 26 May 1881 in Paulding Co, OH. (67)

25. Anna BREECE (26) was born on 11 Nov 1852. She died on 10 Jan 1937. Her name also appears as Hannah BRUCE when referenced in military pension claims of Charles S. ASHTON. Children were:
