14. PROPERTY INSPECTIONS - I WILL recommend that you have building & termite inspections performed by a licensed professional.
15. PROPERTY DISCLOSURE - I WILL review with you all inspection reports and other documents pertaining to the condition of the property and disclose all physical defects of the property that are known to me.
16. WALK-THROUGH - I WILL accompany you on a thorough walk-through of the property (if one is provided for in the Offer to Purchase) before closing the sale.
17. ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS - I WILL be present during the signing of your escrow instructions to ensure all items that have been agreed upon are properly documented.
18. CLOSING THE SALE - I WILL notify you when the property has transferred ownership and obtain the keys to the property from the sellers agent by the time indicated in the Offer to Purchase.
19. AFTER CLOSE OF SALE - I WILL contact you after escrow has closed and follow up on any remaining needs you may have, and ensure you have copies of documentation on the transaction.
20. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - I WILL provide you with a customer satisfaction questionnaire to give you an opportunity to evaluate my services.
